All shipping inside NZ is free.
Australia
Shipping is free for carvings over $200NZD and $30 for carvings under $200.
USA
There have been a few recent changes on how we can ship to the US. The first is tariffs, the second is the postal service we can use.
(1) When you buy anything outside the US you may be asked to pay a tariff before you receive it. These are your responsibility. I would suggest looking at the official US customs site for more information.
(2) Unless your carving is under $150 NZD we now have to use an Express shipping service when posting to the US.
The good news is Express is faster than the normal service we use with better tracking (approx. 2-4 business days).
We will continue to subsidize our shipping and have come up with the following scaling costs –
Under $150 cart total – $70 NZD shipping
$151 – $429 cart total – $95 NZD shipping
$430 – $749 cart total – $70 NZD shipping
$750 – $1199 cart total – $50 NZD shipping
$1200+ cart total – Free shipping
Rest of the world
Most of the rest of the world is a flat $30NZD for orders over $200. Occasionally some remote places are more. Just get in touch if you have any questions or we will get hold of you if you want to send a carving to one of these places. We will give you a postal quote and you can accept it or get a refund on your order.
