White Jade Drop

Design-wise my drops are based on a thin Toki or chisel. The original Toki design (with the end sharpened) would have been used as a tool for carving.

I’ve carved this with facets/planes on the sides and top to capture and reflect the light.  I have also put a back curve on it so it sits well on the chest.

This fine grained Jade is from China.  It is a beautiful creamy white with the odd grey inclusion.  While it looks opaque it has a wonderful warm glow when back lit.
