My Rolled Leaf design is about nature covering and protecting us (often from ourselves). The idea was originally about us as a species but could be applied personally both physically and mentally I think.

The Jade is Inanga Pounamu (NZ Jade).  This Pounamu is named after the little silvery fish we get in our rivers – Inanga (White Bait).  This piece is silvery green on the front darkening to olive on both sides turning into a lighter olive on the back.   There is a bit of white rind (outer side of the stone) swirling on the lower left side.  A beautiful, amazing stone.
