Chalcedony Sitting Rabbit

This little rabbit is carved out of a beautiful chalcedony/agate from the Christchurch area. It has a wonderful light yellow glow when backlit.
The stone is lilac coloured in thicker parts but when carved thin like this rabbit is almost without colour. I’ve attached a photo of the stone it was cut from (not included).
