Pounamu Weta Sculpture – wip #9
I’m working on cleaning up the existing pieces and planning the silver legs.
I’ll make the four feelers(?) that come out from underneath his jaw out of 9c gold to fit in colour-wise with the underjaw.
Making the legs will be interesting. I’m going to use silver castings of some cicada legs as a base and will then lengthen, recarve, add spikes. Should be fun.
