Pounamu Weta Sculpture – wip #12
Legs,
The way I made the wetas legs was to first rough sculpt them in wax (blue) and then cast them in silver before refining and shaping them.
I’ve posed the legs so they fit on the wooden base in a natural way and now just have to refine them a little more and work out the join to attach them to the Pounamu Weta.
I’m excited to see the him develop,
