Matte Pounamu Toki

This pendant is based on a toki (which is a adze or axe shape).  They have been recorded from ancient Egyptian times up to the present day (now mostly made out of metal).
The design is normally associated with strength or someone who is a maker.

The sides are carved with a grain-like matte texture to highlight the curved face.
