Dark Pounamu bead strand

This strand is made out of a translucent deep green Pounamu (greenstone). The beads look quite black inside under artificial light and a lot greener in sunlight. As you can see when back lit they have a wonderful glow.
The little slider beads that go into the silver clasp are made out of a light green Pounamu.
I leave the clasp unattached before the strand is sold so the owner can choose a preferred length for the beads to hang. I do this by removing or adding beads (and adjusting the price to match).

Material – Dark green Pounamu (NZ Jade)
The length is 52cm of beads or 54.5cm in total with the silver clasp (handmade).
