Double Pounamu Ruru

This sculpture/pendant is of two Ruru, back to back. The pounamu I’ve used was cut where the stone changed colour from the lighter rind (outside) to the darker inside colour. On the lighter side I’ve carved a diving ruru and on the darker, a seated one.
