We want you to love your carving. If your piece isn’t quite right or you change your mind, just let us know. We’ll happily arrange a swap or provide a full refund, no questions asked.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- Custom commissions are excluded from this guarantee. Commissions are guaranteed for workmanship but not if you change your mind.
- You must notify us and ship the item back within 7 days of receiving it.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
